A product of compulsiveness perhaps....I dare not venture into new "territories" for this usually leads to yet more "collections" and "collecting".......For the items in these pictures, there are hundreds, even thousands of similar items, linked only by imagination and internalized anxiety perhaps........I think these "collections" began with stuffed animals, then mechanical toys, then...with beautiful marbles....to a sense of aesthetic sensibility and its subsequent yearning to pass through the portals of beauty into a fantastic world of dreams and symbols......
