LEFTOVER PIZZA WITH CHERRIES
THE SYMBOLIST PAINTING
Although it appeared to have had a rough time making it through time, this Symbolist painting continued to draw me to it.....in 1972, when it languished on David Alan Lusty's Antique Store's wall.......after many viewings, I finally clinched the "deal" and took the tattered painting in its battered frame to Eugene O'Karma to be stabilized and framed. It still has an emotional impact.... I still have no knowledge or its origins as it hangs, embalmed beneath lacquer and shellac........
