Anne in Mother's Butterfield 8 slip......
Why I kept this beautiful slip from my mother's lingerie drawer, I'm not sure....but it is lovely......I've been distributing lingerie, nightgowns, slippers and furs for several years.....Mother would have been pleased that I've found new homes for her beautiful clothing........There's still several pair of gloves and a couple of furs......and a square dance outfit from her couture expressions with the "Merry Mixers" in 1955, which was worn for the sesquicentennial barn dance.
BUNNIE PRAYING TO HER TOYS
"Oh, Pleeze.....let the mosquitos die, that I may go outside for some "real" toys......this plastic stuff just will not bleed......I must have blood.....pleeze, oh great Felix!"

THE LATEST OF MY STRANGEST WATCHES
although these are artsy and interesting to view, it takes a bit of math and some attention to actually tell the time, which these do quite well......one even plays music through an attached earplug.
“The watch runs with very sensitive magnetic liquid. The hidden needles reflects the shape of the gears. They are a tribute to mechanical watches. The time, fickle and liquid, freezes in space when tilting the wrist thanks to its magnetic internal housing.”
