Each visit to the DeKalb Farmers' Market is yet another opportunity to bring home an unfamiliar, exotic taste treat. This week's colorful fruit awaits culinary inspection, tasting and its introduction into the broadening world of exotica that has passed through my kitchen......The cactus which produced this fruit also makes the most exquisite white flowers......And, although I have maintained a specimen of the cactus for 25 years, it has never flowered........
