2 slices of ciabatta bread, one slice spread with baba ghannouj, the other with remoulade sauce.......between.......thin slices of smoked turkey and ham, slices of tomato, radicchio, arugula and other mixed greens and coarse, spicy mustard.........absolutely perfect!
