At ten, I received a Gilbert Chemistry 'Set', an Edmund's Scientific microscope and a 628 'box' camera.........in no time, I was making emulsions for photography and lens 'extenders' from old spectacles, cardboard toilet tissue innards, dyes and melted wax crayons......to peer into the world within the World.......Then, those Saturday morning episodes of Walt Disney's TRUE-LIFE ADVENTURES......and later, with the development of Macro Lenses, MICROCOSMOS and the fictional Real Life of Dr. Nils Hellstrom....All of which served the creation of my writings about the unseen world that directs and composes the Life that we live, whether we consider it...or not........as I translated this all to my own expressive devices......
