I suppose it's all relative, isn't it? A few days ago, a friend asked me to look at homes for his potential purchasing......All the homes that I preferred were older and somewhat dilapidated by my friend's judgment, anyway.....My friend preferred newer, cheaply constructed houses in the same price range......I suppose that my friend thinks my tastes are decadent and old-fashioned, which...of course...they are! I do like super-modern homes......but these are really expensive compared to fixer-uppers with the same price tags..........I even like the "sculpture" on the floor.....beautiful!
