I was soooo tempted, this afternoon, to buy this very large painting at a local flea market........for $400.......but....no room, anywhere in my house.........A woman, also in the 'shop', asked my advice about a dull, second-state George Stubbs colored engraving of a horse and it's jockey........I responded by asking 'Why don't you get THIS painting?' referring to large, original painting.......of course, she hated the big painting, and only wanted a 'picture' to match her sofa and drapery!
