Travis by Ellenore and Legacy

TRAVIS WALL CHOREOGRAPHS PORTISHEAD......... I'm overjoyed to see work by Sonya Tayeh, Travis Wall, Napoleon and Tabitha, Mandy Moore, Paul Becker, Mia Michaels, Stacey Tookey.......Just five years ago, America was largely uneducated about dance and totally unaware of Choreographers..........Things have certainly changed, and these great artists are actually worshiped on weekday network television! and Legacy's forward flip over the table!

LEGACY AND KATHRYN......

I WAS SO EXCITED TO HEAR THAT LAST YEAR'S DANCERS WOULD RETURN THIS SEASON TO PERFORM WITH THIS SEASON'S CONTENDERS.......IT'S HARD TO REMAIN IN THE LIMELIGHT OF POPULARITY WITH AMERICANS, WHICH HAVE SHORT MEMORIES AND EASILY REVERT TO LOW BROW TASTES....THEY ARE BOTH BRILLIANT, BUT NOT YET BANKABLE UNTIL THEY'RE MADE ICONS BY THEIR DEVOTEES....I'M ONE.....I'M ONE......

but....this is a new season.......I'm leaning toward ALEX WONG.....He may become the greatest dancer in America.......

Jamie needs to find that "something" that everyone seems to think he's not already "got"....Trust me...he DOES have it....already! Robert and Kent have their eyes on the prize too & possess the talent to get it! And, I'm eager to see Sonya Tayeh's choreography in Red!! Why can't we just skip Tuesday and get on to Wednesday?

I am so enthusiastic about the new worldwide interest in all forms of dance expression...... Five years ago, only dancers would have known who these great talents are. Now, I can see their work on network television.......

A friend stated, matter of factually, that when a society becomes more interested in art than politics or war, it will soon be demolished by both! Please, let that not be the case! Why isn't the obverse the case? .....That societies that are more interested in art and philosophy are the progenitors of Tomorrow.
