I served b'fast to 6 guests, all of whom had very specific requirements for eggs, toast, coffee and fruit beverages.....this type of food preparation is as demanding as culinary confection-making.....I wish I had a dozen arms....or tentacles.......to facilitate having everything ready to serve at a precise moment.....very complex food making is increasingly demanding as I grow older and more prone to distraction......but...cooking at Art Level is still a favorite pastime, even when I am discombobulated by the elaborateness of techniques involved........
