On a toasted whole-wheat English muffin, place a spread of coriander chutney; add an angus beef patty, topped with almost-melted sharp chedder; top with as big a bunch of fresh, chilled cilantro as you can pile on and top with the other half of the toasted muffin, which has been generously spread with spicy mustard and organic ketchup. Serve with salt/vinegar or Jalapeno Pringles and a mango spear.
